Hi, I am about to turbo convert my 924 NA and I will weld my own manifold, is there anyone who has something like a drawing or just the data on how the drilling patterns are.. I would do as much work as possible before I dissasambe the engine, and as I have done it before... I know what a hell it is to remove the exhaust manifold..

easiest way would be to try and find an early (about 1970's vintage) Audi 100 exhaust manifold - if your turn their manifold around the other way they fit and are similar in style to the 931 manifold.
I know a guy who did this to his 924 N/A - exhaust outlet faces forward making it easy to get exhaust gas to the turbo.
Otherwise obtain an exhuast gasket and use this as a pattern. |
