Give your local Porsche dealership a call. I needed a key abut 2 years ago and the price was AU$70 for one cut at the factory to your VIN number or AU$12 for a blank with the Porsche symbol. It arrived from Germany in 4 days and then I just had it cut to match my other key. Great service.

Neil, mine are identical to the ones in the picture. I don't think they're original blanks, and they are very soft, some sort of alloy I think.

I'd get the ones recommended here....

my spare, ie the one i'm using now after trashing the original, was cut at a local locksmith/cobblers, think it was something like £5.... could kick myself for not getting more than one done at the time as it was cut from the only original key i had - which is now trashed

I'll have to get myself down there in the morning, i've also just realised that i've only one door key for my Mini aswell....

Yeah, that lighted key head, that's for us. the blank in that pic on ebay however is for a 911. Anyway, you can get them for MUCH cheaper than that. I got my lighted key head for $15.00 USA and I didn't need a blank, but I can't imagine they'd be more than $5.00. so don't bid on that one on ebay. it's a ripoff, and it won't even work in your car. that key blank he has will work ONLY on a 911.

Aren't Australian dollars close to the value of Canadian dollars?
