Anyone ever had a fuel pump relay fail on a 924, replaced it, then it failed again after a period of time?

please let me know how long your has lasted.

6 months, 1 year? 5 years and still going?

Had mine for 17 years and not replaced the relay, suspect its still the original.

That's been known to happen when the incorrect relay is being used.

There were several different fuel pump relays used over the years as the design of the fuel system changed. Some incorrect combinations will function for a while.

mine failed before i bought the car,
I had some POS replacement imitation that failed few months after i got the car
then I got a brand new one from VW, took me 1 month to realise this one was DOA
Bought a second one at VW and so far lasted for 2 years
