LOL depends where you are, if you in the US you probably can't get away with that. I know for sure in Virginia where I am you can't get away with it or else I would have done it. Best places to look would probably be ebay.com, tweeks or if you want to do some work you can get a pretty cheap universal from jcwhitney.com.

Why do you want to replace. Virtually all 931 cats self destruct after about 40 thousand miles. The cermic that holds the catalyst crumbels due to old age, and get blown out the exhaust. What you have left is a three foot long three and a half inch pipe in the middle of your 2 and a half inch exhaust system. It still looks stock, has no back pressure, improves performance, and you car will still pass emissions with no problem, as long as you haven't screwed up the fuel mixture. These cars run very clean.

I had Midas replace everything from the header on back, including a universal cat. The cat was only about $120 if I remember correctly. I'll have to look up what the whole system cost. It was cheaper than most of the other catalog prices. And has the lifetime guarantee on the muffler.

I need to replace it, because stuff inside the CAT is making horibbly annoying rattling noises.
