Just thinking that when I saw it on the news this morning.

Looks like he clipped the right rear of the Nissan Xtrail and got sent into that those wire road dividers that the motor cyclists hate so much.

Pretty bad form on the Paramedics…

Lets hope he pulls through OK.

I can't believe he was upside down for an hour and just laying there for another hour before they found out he was alive!

Oh man, that sucks. Very bad luck to end up upside-down on top of those cables.

Prayers for the driver and his family.

yes i believe it was a turbo as one news shot i saw quickly showed engine bay in clip as well as the 5 stud wheels, more importantly the guys alive and off the critical list, by the way I drive thru that area quite regularly and it is notorious for accidents ,very fast sweepers, on the Melbourne Adelaide Highway, "Anthony's Cutting" is what the section of freeway is called. On a slight amusing aside I heard a morning radio jock say " That's not a porsche, doesn't look like one "

Anything we in the 924 community could do to reach out and help this guy and his family? Small monetary contributions? Get well wishes? Anyone down under willing to coordinate?

I'm sure the Porsche Owners club of Victoria will be looking at this , they have a sub branch of 924, 944, 928 members, called Torque Tube Register
