And just for fun, a picture of my air filter. Popped the cover off last night and all of this stuff starts falling out. Turns out I found a hoard of d-Con mice poison pellets I put out in the outer garage. Seems the mice thought crawling up the air intake and stashing them above the air filter was the thing to do. I have only had the car a few weeks and the d-Con was just put out. I am assuming the subject mice are probably all dead by now…hopefully not in the car!
OF course, when the pellets spilled out they fell into ever freakin; nook and cranny of the engine compartment. The good news is the filter was really clean.
