Shaggy's rack seems to have a bit of lateral play on the passenger side. Diagnosis? Adjustment, rebuild, trash? _________________ Toofah King Bad

If you can get the parts, it should be rebuildable as it is likely a bushing that's worn.
If the bellows and tie-rods are intact then you should be okay to use it until you can find parts/time. _________________ Stefan

Did you come up with a solution to this problem? My rack is rattling on the passenger side like yours.. _________________ 1980 924 Turbo

I've "fixed" them in the past by inserting a wedge to tighten the plastic bush
was a temp fix, but lasted for years.. _________________ 6 bikes, 9 cars, 1 van.... the more you have the less they work. |

| Check the play isn't your upper tie rod, check under the steering rack boot on side in question. |
