Anyone hazard a guess as to 'why'?

Close.
Nope. I was driving along, doing the speed limit, in heavy traffic, and though I usually tuck my laces into the sides of my shoes when I'm driving, today I was in a rush and didn't. The lace loops got caught in the pedals.
Needless to say I crapped my pants. _________________ 1980 924 turbo, MSD, Meth. Inj, otherwise stock. |

The carpet on the inside of the driver's footwell is loose on my car and it sometimes flops down behind my right foot (RHD car), which means I can't get my foot off the gas when I need to change gear... _________________ 1985 Porsche 924 'Lux', Kalahari Beige (my ex)

| Thats one I'm always a little paranoid about. My father told me a story about a friend who shut his laces in the door so heading into the first intersection he found his foot unable to go across to the brake. Call me sensitive but my delicate personality couldnt deal with that |

haha yea mine too...ever since i... unglued it to access wiring. gluing it back today...it is a pain when it governs the throttle.
I also remeber driving a brand new mini cooper S, and came out of a corner and went for the gas... and the pedal remained at the floor and the cable got stuck. That was fun. not.
