If Tim doesn't grace us with a reply, maybe Lizard can look up the on-line BC court records and see what the judge thought of Tim's line of defence. _________________ 1985 Porsche 924 'Lux', Kalahari Beige (my ex)

not like I visit this site all the time.
haven't gone to court yet as I haven't received a letter yet to go to court which is good. I'm hoping it will be a long time till I have to go to court....
I have to go to 2 different courts as they were in different cities both within a week.
I'm pleading guilty for all the tickets and just asking to reduce the amount. I'll still get 9 or 12 points on my license ( not sure if no N sign gives you 3 points) so I'll have to pay an additional 1000 dollars or so on my birthday to ICBC in addition to the tickets.
good thing is I'm getting my full license soon so I won't lose my DV I might just have to pay close to 2 grand in total fines. _________________ 78 924 sold.

you can dispute whether or not you are guilty or you can dispute the amount you got fined for. _________________ 78 924 sold.

| Quote: | | and yeah I will dispute all the tickets, but I'm not sure if I should plead not guilty or to just dispute teh amount. |
I bet the lawyer + fines will cost you more than the fines ever were going to be. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA
