I'm going to adjust my lifters this weekend if I can get a hold of the oiler elbow and new cam seals. What part number is the oiler elbow, is it that little small piece called an adapter on the cam pulley end of the oiler tube? And is it nessicary to install new gaskets when pulling the cam cover, my engine was rebuilt about 10,000 ago. Thanks.
And if I've got another person handy to take pictures I'll try to put a step by step with pictures up for the new site too. _________________ Mike

It is actually called an "Oil Tube Connector". It should be a couple of dollars at the dealership. The part number is:
052 115 707
I would definitely replace the cam cover gasket while you are in there, it can't hurt. Part number (I think):
060 198 025 1 _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

BTW..they called the plastic elbow a 'cam oil line adaptor'. _________________ '82 924 NA Euro (hers)
