has anyone here used or know of anyone using a cooligmist system. They seem to offer similar sytems to those of aquamiist, but for around half the price.

so no-one has used one of the coolingmist systems?

I've found quite a lot of threads regarding fitment to SRT's whatever they are? and the concensus seems very good. I think these cars run much higher boost than us and I'm a bit stuck as to which unit to get. They do 60 psi, 100psi and 150psi pumps and variuos nozel types (based on expected bhp).

Any help from you guys would be grately appreciated.

You can do your own or buy from them or many others....

Not to compicated to build your own, all you need is the parts and toss it together you can use a hobbs switch set to a specific boost level to trigger the unit, even setup a dual unit for you low boost and high boost setup, so you have one on at low boost then both on a high boost, limit would be capacity of tank/storage unit for water.

Most of these units are just using a sinple RV pump to supply the pressure to the injector.

Hope that helps.

My idea for a cheap water injection system is to use the windshield washer tank and pump. You can use the full throttle enrichment switch to activate the pump through a relay. All you need is a spray head, and they are available at Home Depot in the plumbing section, for garden drip systems. Just look for a "mister." You can inject the mist directly into your air box, and that way, you do not have to worry about pressure.
