They're worse than dumb over here. Yesterday someone pulled out right infront of me and then immediately stopped in the middle of the road to let someone cross from the otherside, I wouldn't of minded so much if they had already started to cross but they were stood on the pavement. Something that really winds me up is when the driver just stops in the middle of the road and has a chat with his mate who has stopped in the middle of the road going the other way leaving eveyone else waiting behind. It's a good job we don't have guns here.

Come to Vegas the have gone way past being dumb.

Pepole will make left hand turns from the far right lane right hand turns from the far left lane. And I've seen someone drive half a block down the sidewalk because they needed to get to another parking lot and didn't want to wait for traffic to clear and make a left.

Oh, yeah, I forgot, I spent all my money racing and am forced to live on Ramen noodles and macaroni and cheese... even though I am a rich Bosch engineer... LOL

Come to South Africa. Half the cars on the road aren't roadworthy, those that are, are driven by unlicensed drivers, speed limits are almost entirely ignored (great) stop signs and traffic lights are disregarded and its not unusual to have 20 dead after a single vehicle accident! and a road death toll of over 10 000 each year.
