Well I checked the sticker in several cars and it reads the same 3086# _________________ Life is to short to be looking for something? |

Thats not the cars weight is the maximum allowable weight. Complete with driver, passenger, lugage, and two dwarfs in the back seat. _________________ 1981 924 NA

ok, cause i've read they were 1080 kg or about 2300# but I thought some one else said they had gotten down to 2600 so I was confused

The 5mph bumpers, different emissions junk, etc.
I think the official curb weight is 2450 lbs, including tool kit, spare tire, that 50lb sound deadening mat in the trunk, etc. _________________ '81 931 in various states of assembly |
