I got a quote from andial http://www.andial.com/ a few months ago
$55.00 for diaphram and $50.00 for 1 bar spring.
I'm going to replace mine as soon as I get rid of some pesky vacuum leaks

Hope this helps

I'm gonna try Andial too. But I also rebuilt a number of other components from the wastegate as well.

1. The interior can needed to be filled and smoothed - the spring had worn into the aluminum.
I filled it with a heat resistant aluminum epoxy and sanded and ground until smooth all around. Baked at 200 degrees...sanded. Apply small layer.
Baked at 300 degrees...sanded. Apply smoothing layer.
Baked at 400 degrees...sanded.
Baked at 500 degrees with a hint of basil.

3. Ground down the plunger grunge so a smooth closure was possible.

4. Made the gaskets with Airplane gasket.

5. Ported and polished the entryways and exits to match connecting pipes.
