Yes, it looks just like mine: Diamond Silver (L97A) and Dolomite Grey (LY7V), both are metallic topped off with a clear-coat finish.

And, Neil, I like it very much thank you.

Is the Dolomite Grey toward a solid black in color depth?
It looked like black from the picture.
Great colors.
If you have more pictures I'd love to see them.
We have a friend in common. Mr Ponz , he sold me some fenders.
Well sort off,he told me "I had to buy them since he got up early to meet me."
He was drinking again.

I think the contrast in the photo is really high. The Dolomite gray isn't all that dark, but it does change depending on the light, the shadows and where you are looking from. I don't have a lot of photos, the (original) clearcoat is blistering, so I'm not real proud of how the current paint job looks. Here's three I took this weekend

before starting to drill holes to mount a passenger side mirror, but after installing hood shocks

Looks very nice

I prefer the upper and lower two tone though. I used to have a really nice pic of that two tone 931, but I can't seem to find it

Here's a nice one too. It's kinda big to link into the post, so I just linked it.

You know, I just looked again at the first URL, and realize that the color scheme is opposite of what I've got, it's dark below the center door seam. Oops, obviously then, it is not the same as mine, and very well may be different colors all together. My apologies, I didn't mean to mislead anyone. I'll go back into the garage now....

Augidog, I'm pretty sure that one is just a really light silver and a really dark grey, like slate grey. I've seen a few of those, and they're not quite white/black... The exact paint code may be difficult to track down, but you could probably just use a light silver and a dark grey or black, and have the same effect.

Mr Dog the colors look orange and green to me.

Go to the registry and look under the 79 years until you get to my 931 before the repaint. I have the color codes for you. Silver and a dark gray. Same as the red and silver car but different colors.

did you scratch the paint on your car when you were on the hood? High heels can do that.

Mark: You sure you don't have yourself an ex-euro cop car? A nice light bar on the roof and you could have something there!

Y'know, the German Polizei and Notzart crews (sort of like parmedics here in the US) drive a variety of high-speed cars, to include Porsche, BMW and Mercedes in their fleet. The first time I saw one I commented to my buddy that I thought that was a "fake" of some sort. He assured me that it wasn't. Throughout my tour there I regularly saw the Notzart and Polizei in many different road rockets.

How about these two-tone paint jobs?!?

We -Holland- had them too...

But they were replaced by Vettes, because Porsches were too expensive
