931 hesitates harshly as soon as it hits boost. Runs fine if driven gently. When the car hesitates i can hear the fuel pump relay clicking.
Very strainge what would effect the relay like that when the engine is under load on boost????????????????????????????

Hi Greg,

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the overboost cutoff switch. This is mounted on the side of the upper pressure duct (The bit with 925 Turbo written on it), To test if this is the problem, connect the connector from the overboost switch to some metal of the engine or run a wire to the -ve of the battery, this will bypass it. Don't drive around to long like this as you could damage your engine.

Good Luck
