924 HARD STARTING WHEN HOT

An easy thing to check on any 924 that has a starting problem when hot is whether or not any of the fuel injection lines are contacting any part of the cylinder head. The lines are covered with a metal sheath and heat from the head will transfer directly to the fuel, resulting in vapor lock. Repositioning lines has cured this problem for many 924 owners.
