Thanks to Eric I now know where the paint code sticker is however now I don't know what it means. The car is guards red, the sticker says INDISCROT LM3A, there could be more however something has been rubbing on the sticker. Is Indiscrot a company name and the LM3A the code for the sticker?? I don't really want to try to source paint having myself all arse about.
Regards
Wayne

Goto any automotive paint place, or body shop and they can decode that for you and tell you exactly what it is.

Wane is your car a turbo? I think that the paint code it the dual tone paint jobs like white on top red on the bottom.
I can't see to find that code, but I recall seeing that name on a turbo that I just looked at. Of course the owner had painted this one all white, but not very well.... so I could see some of the red in the door openings.
What year and model is your 924?

I belive Indiscrot is another name for Guards Red. They used a few diffrent names for Guards Red.

Yes, that's correct, it's actually Indischrot, India Red, as in India Guards Red, as in the Redcoats, the red of the Royal Guards in the Royal Army... That's where it came from...
