The 78 924 I bought needs a new fuel pump where is a good place to buy one?

On the air flow meter when I checked it there was resistance when I pushed it up the first time but there was no resistance when I tried again. Is this normal or is something broke?

Are kits avalible to rebuild the fuel distribitor I have a spare one to play with.

Another question on the fuel system. Has anyone replaced the injector lines with braided steel lines? I don't trust the ones on the car now and don't want to pay $40 a line to replace them. Thanks.

The braided lines rarely go bad, but inspect for crimps.

The resistance to pushing up on the FI dist will only be there once, then the pressure is gone from the fuel system.
