If memory serves correct the spec for a US 82 is around 800 rpm. Close enough. Adjust by turning the idle screw with a blade screwdriver. It is located on the front/side of the throttle body. Suggest you check the timing is correct first and then adjust idle speed.

the tickover should be 950rpm +/- 25
you adjust the rpm by turning the bypass screw on top of the throttle body, one way will speed things up the other will slow it down
