Is this a factory hole in the right wheel well of a 931 (row -79)?
Looks pretty stock and another small hole beside it as to hold down something.

What goes there in such case?

No, definitely not on a RHD.
If you look closely at the hole surrounds you can see where a holesaw has been biting at the factory underseal. If it was factory, the hole would be machine punched and very smooth.
Just seal in a rubber bung.

I wouldn't be so sure to blame an holesaw for that. Plenty of places on this car where rust had attacked the under coating.
But I think it could be something someone did to access the headers/turbo bolts. A rubber grommet of some sort will be my "fix".

I'll make a thread about this car in the future.
