In 11k miles I've worn my Pilot Sport 4's down from the starting 7-8mm to the following tread depths:

Front outer: 5.5
Front inner: 4.5

Rear Outer: 3.5
Rear Mid: 2.5
Rear Inner: 3.5

Does this seem reasonable or should I be questioning my alignment? I do drive it pretty hard.

Depends how you drove the car
But it does seem excessive to me.

It seems you may have a slight toe out situation on the fronts.
Seems you're running a bit too high pressure on the rears and probably the rear axle is skewed compared to the front axle..or the other way around.
A aproper 4 wheel alignment may be in order.

Find an expert shop that knows how to align these cars, not just some random shop and have them align it...but first..check the bushings front and rear and replace anything that isnt fresh.

An alignment is cheaper than new tires... If you haven't done one it's for sure overdue.

Measured the (negative) camber at:

2.0 / 1.8 front

2.3 / 2.7 rear

Measured the toe (in) at:

0.3 / 0.3 front

0.2 / 0.3 rear

Tyre pressures are 2 bar all around.

It's not great but is it bad enough to wear out rear tyres? Trying to do the rear alignment is not a favourite job of mine and I certainly can't afford shop rates.

think the rear tire pressure is supposed to be quite a bit higher. Front 2 should be ok.
