Valve seat damage - how worried should i be?

Hi all, im scavenging for more experienced opinions on things im finding on my engine refresh..!

pulled the head today and found some damage on the valve seats pictured, how worried/concerned/totally bummed out should i be about this!!

Has to be fixed. Period. Or find a replacement head.

You find a replacement head, they are cheap and plentiful. Welding unknown aluminum that has been heat cycled and impregnated with oil over the last 40 years is sketchy at best.

Agree, get a new head.
It could be fixed, but it would be way more expensive.

Don't just throw away the old head, at least save the valves to see if they are reusable. Most valves I've removed has been trash, so finding a usable set is nice. (I scavenged three heads to find enough for one head I rebuilt)

There are reproduction valves available now.
