I am going to ad a Weltmeister chip to my 88 924s. I was recommended to get either a K&N or BMC filter. Which is better? |

Waste of money, use stock paper filter. _________________ /Magnus, Stockholm Sweden

What do you think extra 2hp feels like?
It feels like nothing in the 924.
What do you think a few beers feel like?
It feels good...and that's what you can get if you buy the paper filter instead of the KN or BMC.
Cheers! _________________ https://www.the924.com |

All cars have different filter setups from the factory. But I tried a KN panel filter i had laying around while i was on the dyno(on my 931), and it lost quite a bit of power, and it didn't even sound better while doing it. Wouldn't do it if you haven't seen some good data on the 944 that it actually makes a positive difference. _________________ 1980 924 Turbo
