Hello Everyone,

924Board.org is moving to a new hosting service in the next week.

What's happening?

The first thing you will notice is that all the forums will be locked. This means that you can't create or reply to a message thread. You can still view threads.

New registrations will be stopped.

The board will then be copied to the new hosting service and the forums will be unlocked and new registrations allowed.

The Internet DNS will be updated so your browser will take you to the new host. The DNS update should take about 24 hours to flow out.

Timeline?

I will start this in 2 days time so we should be back to normal early next week.

It might take a while for your browser to realise that things have changed. Just keep hitting refresh and it will eventually find the new site.

Got a strange email (went into spam folder) supposedly from cndomain dot org (redirects to cn domain registry) saying some guy wants to register 924board.cn or smth like that.
I expect its just spam as i recently posted my email address on the board..but just thought i'd double check with you.
