First time reuniting with my father in over 10 years he decides to pass on his 1987 Alpine white Porsche 924s now that im 19. Its a project car but its also my first car, so its a learning process. there's a long list of things that need to be fixed and i want to do to the car but im in love with it.

Just decided i'll show some pictures of it and introduce myself to everyone. 70k miles on it and only slight body damage but still runs.

Very nice and Welcome!

If you want some sport seats, I know a guy selling a set from his 944, in the same color

FOES - Front of engine service. . .should be first on your list.

Oh, and welcome!

How much is he asking for them? mine are pretty shot.

And FOES is my first priority.
After i rebuild the power steering rack ($20 seal kit) im replacing my fuel pump & gas filter (i saw in another thread it should be replaced at the same time) along with the water pump doing the timing belt and fixing my fan sensor but Wednesday ill be going through and doing a full clean in the engine bay and all around the car. recently had a rebuild clutch.

The car sat for a year my father had overheating issues due to the fan controller sensor then 6 months later he went to start it and it wouldn't start so he said the fuel pump must have let go. (Turns out the fuel pump had a slow leak and it was out of gas)

Hmm, they are more gray than white. The leather rear is available as well.

I would take care of FOES service first though. Ideola has seat re-covering kits available.

So FOES is done. $6,000 spent but it wont blow up anytime soon.

But...still not done.
Need to replace sun roof seal and rear axles along with the blinker assembly and light motor. Other then that and some cosmetic work its pretty good.
