Does anybody know a reference to the hydraulic oil used in the 924/944 shocks?
i opend them up and i figured i could play with the thickness of this thing and get a sportier shock absorber.
All i need is a reference to the old oil so i can go just a tad thicker...i'm expecting that the single rubber ring on the piston system will not take very much abuse so a much thicker oil would trash the ring. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits

I dont know what specific oil they came with, but I have had great luck with Merc Dex III. It seems to make a pretty stiff shock but not overkill. _________________ 87 924s
