Mystery Green Dome in engine bay... guesses?

Hey all! I noticed the other day that I had this weird looking green dome shaped object in my engine bay, and I can't find any mention of it in the parts catalog or the Porsche Shop Manual. It's up my my distributor on the passenger side. I think it's another air filter, but can anyone identify it? I have an '82 924. Thanks!

It's a vacuum reservoir.
