My coolant temperature gauge reads very high when the coolant temperature is in fact ok. If you turn the headlamps on the gauge reads even higher! I'm going to start with the sender unit, but where on the engine is it?

| Top. Intake side. There are two one for the guage and one for the dme. |

| The sender for the guage is just below the head between cyl 1&2. The dme sender is further forward on the engine. |
