| I figured out why my 924 has no brakes. I've got a bad line after the T going to the right rear wheel. Anybody know offhand what size the hard lines are? |

My auto parts store calls them "european" size.
Just bring in an end of yours that you manage to extract somehow, and match it up. You've got to extract the ends anyway or else you won't have anything to screw the new line into. _________________ 78 924 NA

Yeah, I've pulled them. I was just hoping to be able to run to the store and pick some up so I could get it all done right away so I wouldn't lose more fluid than I needed to. Then I realized I'm going to need to drain the reservoir anyway because there's a bunch of crud in it.
And then I saw one of the lines still had a parts store sticker on it that said it was 1/4" line with metric fittings. The existing lines I've got to replace were so rusty that the nuts were too small for an 11mm flare wrench, but too big for a 10mm. I ended up having to use some locking pliers to remove them. |
