Alright guys, my car is almost 95% mechanically completed. I have a few questions though.
I just bolted up the transmission, but Im having a problem. The pinch sleeve thing that connects the actual driveshaft spline thing to the transmission is a bit weird. It is on there just fine, however, the small hex bolt that tightens The sleeve up isnt getting much tighter... its like the threads are stripped. So my question is, how important is that bolt? Is it necessary? Im worried that if it is not tight, it will cause some problems when it comes to driving it.
