After fixing the vacuum leak at the eec valve (see tech section) my 931 successfully passed California smog. I used the dwell meter method to adjust the mix to the proper setting, check the timing, and adjusted. Basically that was it. The car passed with flying colors as a matter of fact it was way under the max allowable limit. So to sum up, the car sat for ten years, I replaced the fuel tank because of rust, cleaned the fuel injection system and replaced all the vacuum lines and fittings. That is all it took to get it to run and pass smog. Not to shabby for a $500 car. I want to say thanks to everyone that helped out with your knowledge, I really appreciate it.
