Thank you very much to Rasta, Paul and John for your feedback and advice on installing the timing belt on my son's 931. Getting the timing marks set was easier than I thought it would be.

we finished the car today and it started up, no extra noises or anything.

I am so elated that the car is running again.

Thanks again for all of your help, I couldn't have done it without you.
