I got mine done for $60 canadian at a tiny little "hole in the wall" independent shop. It is the same as any other 4 wheel alignment except that a special tool is required to do the rear toe. If there is a race shop around you that specializes in Porsche that is probably your best bet for a cheap alignment. I've heard the dealer charges $200+. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

I live in Detroit, and the only place that would touch my car was the dealer. None of the usual tire shops that normally do alignments wanted to give me a set price. They all had stupid policies like anything over 20 yrs old is quoted an hourly rate. Plus most of them didn't have the rear elliptic tool and refused to use the one I bought. So I just got fed up and took it to the dealer. $200 for 4-wheel alignment. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
