Got a new pc and have lost the images I saved of a couple of board members installs. Could someone let me know where I can find the images and also, a smaller windscreen washer bottle is needed...what should I use??
many thanks _________________ '24 turbo with dodgy gt bodykit......needs a new home |

Click the "Search" link above and do a search on "intercooler". _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)

first thing i did was search for intercooler. Any other ideas?
One had bare steel pipework, the other black pipework, superb installs. _________________ '24 turbo with dodgy gt bodykit......needs a new home |

Hey, why do you need a windshield washer? With all that extra power, it will just blow the s*&^ off of your windshield. _________________ 1980 924 Turbo |

Sorry! I always assume that when someone asks about a thread that I remember seeing recently that they can't be bothered searching or paging down.
I know the pics you're talking about but I can't find the thread. It's really wierd.
Here's a couple of 944 intercooler installs but not the one I'm thinking of http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?t=7749 _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)

Here's the more recent one with black pipes -
http://www.924board.org/viewtopic.php?t=14057
It came up under a search on
nose intercooler using "Search for all terms" _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

cheers, those are the beauties I was after!
Wish I could find someone with a mandrel bender, mines gonna look a bit rubbish in comparison to the black pipe install.
Why does no-one make a kit for this project?
I know 931's aren't the most common of cars but this is a v-popular upgrade and I would happily pay a couple of hundred dollars for the fabricated pipework. _________________ '24 turbo with dodgy gt bodykit......needs a new home |

Use rubber hoses, except for the first foot or so after the outlet of the compressor.
Audi and VW do this. |
