I am thinking of joining the world of 924 turbo ownership, and have a few questions about spare part availibility in the uk. Can the dog leg box be rebuilt economicaly? are new pistons availible? Is the turbo as unreliable as the press reports make out (20-30K max),and again are rebuilt units available? Sorry for these tedious questions, better to know in advance any pitfalls! Final questions is it a worth while purchase or am I as well
getting a 924S? |

I can't speak to UK parts availability, but I think the general group would agree that the turbos can last much longer with synthetic oil and sympathetic owners... _________________ Vaughan Scott
