I have the sudden urge to gouge out my eyes, then go find the fuzziest wuzziest little bunny rabbit in the forrest and sacrifice it to appease the Porsche gods who if they aren't already should be INCREDIBLY pissed off. _________________ werd B. |

I assume the headlight mod was necessary because he needed to remove the pop-up hardware to make room.
The real "sin" is the Chevy badge on a Porsche _________________ -Stu

Honest? It bothers me that he mentions Ford 9" rear-end and the photo's clearly show GM 12-bolt. Kinda makes me wonder what else he stated is wrong. I don't even care either way, but I wouldn't mind looking this at car in person. I wonder how he fit the 4-speed in the torque-tube tunnel? _________________ 1978 924 n/a |

Take a look at the picture with the pedals. You'll get an idea of how the transmission "fits". _________________ Jon Furst |

Yep, GM 12 bolt.

I still don't really see it, but I'm assuming you mean the tunnel area has been enlarged. _________________ 1978 924 n/a |

Yeah, that's what I meant. I suspect they just welded a crossmember between the frame rails for the transmission mount. _________________ Jon Furst |

Its seems like its a very competent and well enginerd job. I have to appreciate the time and effort that was put into it. However I would never buy it. _________________ 1981 924 NA

| I build planes on the side. They look fine but..... you can't see every nut and bolt. I second the "I would never buy it" |
