Did a little fun side project, didnt intend on swapping the rear calipers since everything worked really well, but at 160eur per caliper during black friday I couldnt resist. So here we are, everything fit up well after design/test fit with 3d prints and thankfully also after ordering the adapters machined in steel. the holes line up slightly awkwardly due to the screw placements, but it worked out fine in the end. Slightly painful to use tiny little 1/4" bleed nipples(will get rounded sooner or later), a bit shitty design, and i dont own tools in these ancient type of measurments, so that will have to be purchased for complete bleeding
Piston diameter 1"/25,4mm(quite difficult to find), equals same area as the OEM ones, which match my Boxster front calipers which also have the same piston area as OEM. Weight difference, 2,2kg per side incl the adapter and pads, so in total front and rear the weight difference is quite big (roughly 7.5kg in total), even though its not super important for me, its a nice bonus.
Cant test them until winter goes away, which is a few months, but i think it will be really nice. Was very happy with the brakes already after the updates, good feel and brake heat capacity. I hope these add some extra nice feel, but that will have to be concluded later.

| They are even lighter than the little aluminium MINI calipers I used on the 4-bolt setup despite being a 4-pot design. Rather nice. |

Lets hope they arent too light, and will produce better feel than the sliding ones, the brembos in the front made a significant difference in feel at least
Thankfully i could throw out that tiny little 1/4 shite of a bleed screw and put in full size M10 ones instead. Ill test and see that everything works, but now I have 11mm spanner for both front and rear calipers for bleeding, much better

| I always just used to replace 1/4" bleed screws every time I'd bleed the brakes for exactly that reason. They are useless. Bonus points if the "nipple" is larger than the hex so you can't even get a socket on it. |
