What's your thoughts on camshaft duration and lift for an engine running 45mm itb's, fully programmable ecu, coil pack, exhaust headers.

290deg? 11.5mm lift?

Whats the target rev range? Head flow characteristics/exhaust manifold/intake lenght/ target rpm should all play together with the cam
