Is 70A that much harder than 60A? |
He didn't list the hardness for me. If he told you 70 that is probably soft enough. _________________ 1981 Weissach Edition #179 |

He did say 70A and that he could provide harder bushings if required.
So it looks like he sends us the bushings, we strip down our mounts to the metal frame, and install the bushing in the frame. Seems fairly genius if you ask me... _________________ 1979 924 NA - AKA the Mid-life Crisis

"I appreciate your interest in our parts. We manufacture engine mounts for the Porsche 924 2.0, with a price of €40 per mount. I believe you would like to change both of them, so € 80. We have several options for polyuretane hardness, but I would recommend 70A Shore if the car will be used for daily casual driving, or 80A for a sport setup. Poliuretane bushings are made in such a way that the metal element from the old engine mount is used.
Regarding the shipping, I will need to ask for the details at the local post office because we need to pay for international shipping when we bring the package to the post office (there is no option for you to pay those costs upon delivery).
Usually, international transfers are realized using PayPal. There will be an additional 5% cost due to PayPal and the local bank fee"
Seems like it could be a great product especially with the beefy pu bushing being used compared to other attempts on the market , really going to depend on the vibrations absorbed through the bushing and of course the harness you choose effects this. _________________ 1980 931 "Salt" Bucket wannabe racer (Dreaming)

I got a reply email late yesterday that he *could* provide mounts in a 60A hardness, but that he wouldn't recommend it for as it's too soft.
I've been impressed with his willingness to reply to our emails... even when out of the office. I'm 99% sure I'll be ordering a set from him. _________________ 1979 924 NA - AKA the Mid-life Crisis
