I saw this car and went to see it as it is local to me. No affiliation but I can tell you that the car is CLEAN and the conversion is VERY well done.

I did speak with the gentleman that owns it and he has had it 25+ years and has treated it well. Some performance parts like headers and simple bolt on stuff. Interior is pretty good and it has a bolt in roll cage. New stainless exhaust and the underbelly, as all cars from Vancouver are, is clean as can be.
