Im waiting for the rear coilover adapters for my rear Konis,

But in the meantime My front strut mounts are shot, AND I have the front coilovers waiting to install.

So If I install the front struts (with late 944 mounts) with 300lb springs But stock 931 rear (with 26.8 front sway and 18mm rear sway already installed)

would it still be "safe" to drive? or is that going to be way to much of a difference?

It will probably be ok for easy driving, and very understeery when you push it. You could unhook the from bar to balance it out, but it could be to much, so just try it as it is first.
