I just found this TB which confirms it is 25 ft-lb.

Agh! The replacement bolt doesn’t have the shank (flat part with no threads) near the top of the bolt. Will it be ok to use?
Here’s a pic of the old bolt that didn’t break, and the new bolt.
Seems like the right size but the threads going the whole way up feels wrong. They’ll be resting in the grooves of the driveshaft and transmission shaft.
Can I go ahead and use these bolts?

It will work. It's a pinch coupling so nothing will move once tightened and the extra threads won't actually be doing or touching anything. _________________ 1979 924 NA race car
