The A/C blower in my '82 924 quit this winter, and now that sumer's here I'm baking in Seattle traffic. For a few weeks it worked sometimes, then not at all.

Can anyone give me a tip on where to start looking? I'm guessing a bad ground but I defer to those with experience on this.

Thanks!

The blower on my '80 quit suddenly on one of the hottest days of the summer. Fuse was good. Turned out to be the relay. If it is the relay, you may want to check the blower motor located above the passeger side footwell. If you have leaking battery tray syndrome, that's where the water will come in and it will damage the ac blower motor. Anyway, that's what happened on mine.

It was indeed the a/c relay. Of course with that fixed now I have to look into the original owner's hacked re-wiring job on the cooling fans so I'll quit blowing the a/c blower fuse. :-|
