Some more pic's from the Porsche Museum.
The Workshop...
Some old stuff...
The Original CGT...
Racecars!
Oh yes, the mighty 917!
The Pink Pig...
A 908...
And now for something completely different... Vic Elford's shoes!
The 959/961...
You want Toofah's, right? How'bout a GTP LM..?
And a Carrera GTS...
And Genesis...
Some other classics...
A 911 50th Anniversary display they were removing...
928 Wagon?
The Boxster Concept...
Road & Track...
And, surprisingly, this Toofah Turbo in the Service Centre...
(I think they thought I was a bit weird for running out to take pic's of it. But who cares?! It's a Toofah in the factory service centre!!!)
Wanna see the Merc and BMW pic's..? _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

The 928 "wagon" is interesting. I thought at first it was the car presented to Ferry Porsche for his 75th birthday but after checking that car was two door. Perhaps they built this four door at about the same time.
By the way, thanks for sharing and I for one would love to see the BMW and Mercedes photos also! _________________ '95 BMW 318i/5 ..."Pearl"

I've never come across this colour before on a Toofah, except in print/pics…
Awesome; Danke Khal!

They have a shed out the back with tons of cool stuff in it.
It's pretty obvious from other sets of pic's I've seen that they rotate the displays fairly regularly.
As you can see, they were removing one of the cars the morning I was there. I'm sure there's something different there now... _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

| Great shots - I can't believe the 57 Plymouth tail fins on some models ..... but conspicuous by its absence - the 550 Spyder - or did I miss it? |

That's a good point, I don't recall seeing one.
But there was no RSK, either.
Doesn't mean they're not in there from time to time. As I mentioned, they seem to rotate the displays somewhat regularly. _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

I went to the Porsche & BMW museums when I went to Germany in 2012. Great places for afictionados of these great cars. _________________ Matt

Awesome! It's been four years since I've been there and it appears they've been shuffling things around! They also have an orange concept 924 which may have been the concept for VW. It had some little vents along the sides of the rear hatch that were kind of cool. But that green car is awesome, mainly for that psychedelic color! _________________ 1977 Porsche 924 - sold
