puting a 924 n/a into a 924 turbo it is a 1981

I have a 1981 924 turbo and this guy said that it needs rebuilding and he said thaqt it would caust me from 3000 tp 5000 but I have found a 924 n/a engine and it is a 1980 and it has 11,000 miles on it and they want 550 for it but what I want to know is if I can swap the turbo and pistons and ignition and ingectors over to the n/a engine .
