I messed with the timing, turned the distributor clockwise about an eighth to quarter turn. Car runs great. When I start the car the rps at idle are at 1500 (they were 9000 before), they then go down SLOWLY to 1100, the same thing happens if i drive and at the light its at 1500, but it starts to go down after a while. Is this normal? I got a brand new idle adjuster, also what am screwing up by doing this?
