So, there was once a white 931 reconditioned by a guy down in Cali who was on the Board. He sold it a while back, and from the pics and descriptions it looked like a real nice car, and a thoughtfully done project.
The same car turned up in the hands of another guy who was looking for help here on the Board because he somehow couldn't get it running. I cannot find any of his threads.
However, I did find the following pic from a salvae yard, which if it is the same car, is a real tragedy. Can anyone shed any light:

Uh, no. Rasta's car is a 5 lug 931, the one on Youtube is a 4 lug 924. _________________ 78 924 NA

C'mon. . .ideola and Kenodog both expressed some interest last time it was for sale, apparently not running too well. _________________ Toofah King Bad

The White 931 from Cali that I was interested in was sold by Boostfeen, and was running quite well. It had four lug spiderwebs, black interior, LSD trans, and factory AC delete. Not the same car as this one from what I can tell. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

Dan, I seem to remember a comment from you that if the seller got the car running well enough to make it to Michigan to give you a call? _________________ Toofah King Bad

Well, that's certainly possible...I can't remember all of the cars I've considered buying ! _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |
