Well today would have made my parents proud.
I made it to 70 yrs old. I had a very serious childhood disease and spent lots of time in Hospitals with various broken bones.
But I can say without a lie I tried to lead a life of adventure.
I think I succeeded. I raced yachts for many years (lots of parties) and occasionally still do. I was lucky enough to compete in a few major international yacht racing events (lots of parties). Recently I crewed a racing yacht across the Atlantic Ocean (really lots of parties).
I've attended race driver school with my Porsche. Unfortunately the bucks to compete at the basic level where not there.
I've done pretty much as I pleased and survived.
So to all you young guys out there, Some advice from a new old fart... live your dreams. You never want to be saying......"I wish I'd done that."
My only regret is I never learned to fly.

flying is easy, it's the landing that's the hard bit!
