I am leaving the group, my car for sale on the list. My arthritis and bad back don't allow me to work on my porsche anymore and I will really miss it. But I wanted to thank everyone for their support and assistance, I got a lot of fun working on and driving my project but just can't fit my hands in around the motor anymore or bend over for long periods of time to work on it.

I appreciate your patience and will probably visit the site every so often just because I love to hear the stories of what other people have and do.

thanks again.

Well my wife has talked me out of selling the 931. She wants me to just work shorter periods of time on it and take it easy. I think she is afraid of the project I will take up if I get rid of the Porsche (better to know your evil adversary)

Anyway, I will pull the post for sale. And be working on it every so often. Hoping to be up and running late spring or early summer.

GP924, Hey, going through the same "i'm getting older" thing too! Although I have no "medical" condition (as such), lying on stone cold concrete looking up at that bolt that has just rounded off and knowing that a grinder can't reach does take it's toll lol....

Cold hard concrete, even in summer, has it's drawbacks. After 15 years of laying on the ground swapping axles, trannies, engines, etc., into jeeps, I'm planning on putting in a two-post asymetrical lift this spring into our 30x60 machine shed! Before that happens, have to unload a big bunch of junk in there, argghghghg!
